Set Me Free…

Set me free
From this torment
Make me feel alive.

Let nothing scream aloud
That which echoes within depths
Except the silence of our minds.

What was here
Was never ours
Only the imagination
Of the patterns woven into texture.

Let me be free
While I give all that I am
Upon the alter
Cupped within your hands.

Ring of fire
Doth singe
Thought and form
Offered
Never withheld

As the mass
Of destruction
Weaves
Hidden
Sleeping between the folds
Whispering the dirge
Dredged upon the hard cold bone.
